Aer Arann was founded in 1970 and today operates a fleet of ATR42 and ATR72 aircraft on a network of 33 regional routes across Ireland, the UK and into France. 19 of these routes are operated under a franchise arrangement as Aer Lingus Regional. The airline is headquartered in Dublin with aircraft bases in Dublin, Shannon, Cork, Waterford, Galway and the Isle of Man.
