Facts (Overview)

From hubs at London’s Heathrow and Gatwick airports, BA’s mainline operation serves about 150 destinations in over 70 countries. In conjunction with franchise, codeshare and oneworld partners, BA offers a global network of nearly 600 destinations. BA has operated in a Joint Business Agreement on transatlantic routes with American Airlines and Iberia since 2010. In January 2011 BA merged with Spain’s number one airline – Iberia – forming International Airlines Group (IAG). BA and Iberia continue to fly under their own names.
