AirAsia operates scheduled domestic and international flights and is Asia's largest low fare airline. It now flies to over 60 destinations in 12 countries, and has formed 2 successful joint ventures, Thai AirAsia, and Indonesia AirAsia. AirAsia have expanded its fleet from the original two to twenty eight. AirAsia X operates long haul service with A330/A340

AirAsia X would like to thank all European airports who participated in the AirAsia X European RFP process, both at the PQQ and RFP process. We appreciate all the effort and resources that have gone into the development of the submissions we have received, and we have been grateful for the interest that has been shown across Europe for the AirAsia X service.

We will now be entering the evaluation stage of the RFP, and we will carefully go through each submission against our requirements. All participating airports will be contacted shortly on the progress of their submission. Next steps for the shortlisted airports will be advised individually.
