Xinjiang Airport Group

Ⅰ.Introduction

   Xinjiang Airport (Group) Co., Ltd.  has 16 airports in use such as Urumqi, Kashi, Yining, Korla, Altay, Hotan, Aksu, Karamay, Kuqa, Tacheng, Nalati, Kanas, Bole, Qiemo, Hami, and Turpan airports. Currently, in addition to Qiemo airport, the rest of the airports in Xinjiang are capable of handling B737 aircraft and the same type.The network layout of the airports in Xinjiang with Urumqi International Airport as the hub has taken shape.

    Urumqi International Airport meets ICAO 4E airport standards, its elevation is 647.67 meters with a runway of 3600×45×0.38 meters and a taxiway of 3600×28×0.28 meters, the operating category of the runway: runway 07 is CAT. By 2011, 29 airlines have opened scheduled passenger flights to Urumqi, of which there are 16 domestic airlines and 13 foreign airlines. There are 142 routes starting from Urumqi International Airport, Urumqi International Airport  links 21 countries, 31 foreign cities and 52 domestic cities.

Ⅱ.Preferential rates

    1.All the carriers which operates new international routes from central Asia to Urumqi and the flight hour of the new international routes within five hours will enjoy the following preferential rates：

    A.Free of landing charge at Urumqi International Airport in the first half year of the first operation year;

    B.50% discount on landing charge at Urumqi International Airport in the second half year of the first operation year;

    C.The normal landing charges shall be charged from the second operation year.

    2. All the carriers which operates new international routes from Europe, Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia to Urumqi and the flight hour of the new international routes over five hours will enjoy the following rates：

    A.Free of landing charge at Urumqi International Airport in the first  operation year;

     B.50% discount on landing charge at Urumqi International Airport in  the second operation year;

    C.The normal landing charges shall be charged from the third operation year.

    3.Each newly-added flight on the currently operating international routes operated by all the carriers will enjoy a discount of 20 percent on landing charge for six months.
