AIR CANADA ROUGE – SECOND TORONTO SERVICE

A second direct service between Dublin and Toronto from Air Canada rouge for summer 2015.

Air Canada Rouge has announced a second direct service between Dublin and Toronto for summer 2015.

The extra service will operate four times a week during the peak summer season from June 13 to September 16.

This will be in addition to the year round Dublin-Toronto service operating daily from June 28 next.

“We are delighted to see this significant expansion of Air Canada rouge service so quickly after its launch,” said Dublin Airport Managing Director Vincent Harrison.

“There has been very strong demand for this route and today’s announcement is welcome as it will allow more Canadian visitors to enjoy a holiday or business trip in Ireland and also provides greater choice and flexibility for Irish customers planning on travelling to Canada.”

The additional Dublin-Toronto flights will be operated by 280-seat wide-body Boeing 767-300ER aircraft.

Said Robert Atkinson, Air Canada’s General Manager U.K., Ireland and Northern Europe: “We are pleased to offer our customers travelling from Dublin even greater access to Toronto and beyond with increased flight frequency this summer.

“These additional flights complement our existing service for Irish customers, offering convenient connections to destinations across North, Central and South America as well as the Caribbean through our Toronto hub.”
