JACKSONVILLE - March 11, 2011 – NEW SERVICE OFFERED AT JAX CURBSIDE

The Jacksonville Aviation Authority announced that beginning March 15, 2011, curbside valet customers at Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) will be able to receive their boarding pass at the curbside valet booth.

Valet customers can contact Air Valet with their name and confirmation number or use the Air Valet online reservation system (www.airvalet.aero). At the valet booth, customers will be issued their boarding pass and can then continue on to the gate or to the airline ticket counter to check any luggage. The new service is a collaboration between Air Valet and Air IT, an industry leader in passenger check-in solutions throughout the country.


“The boarding pass option is yet another example of our commitment to make the Jacksonville International Airport valet service the airport industry leader in consistent, high-level customer service,” said AmeriPark Chief Executive Officer, Chip Patterson. 


Along with the new service, AirValet offers their customers vehicle detailing. The daily rate for curbside valet is $22.
