Facts (Overview)
Tolmachevo International Airport (Novosibirsk) is the largest air junction point in the Asian part of Russia. The airport is conveniently located for transit stops of the flights on Asia-Europe routes.
The airport holds the 6th place in the rating of the leading Russian airports by annual passenger traffic since 2004. In 2009 the annual passenger traffic in Tolmachevo came up to 1.804 mln. passengers. In 2010 the airport expects to handle more than 2 mln. passengers.
Currently about 30 Russian and foreign airlines operate via the airport on regular and charter basis connecting Novosibirsk with more than 70 destinations both in Russia and abroad.
