Pittsburgh International Gains New Service on Delta to Boston Logan

Passengers at Pittsburgh International Airport will soon have another nonstop option to get to Boston.

Beginning Oct. 1, Delta will operate twice-daily nonstop flights, joining American and JetBlue which already operate daily service to Boston.

Boston continues to be a top destination from Pittsburgh. The new flights will be timed for the convenience of business travelers in both cities, with Delta offering a First Class product on the route with CRJ-900 service operated by Delta Connection carrier Endeavor Air, Inc.

“We are happy to see Delta expand in Pittsburgh and we’re looking forward to growing our partnership as we move forward,” said Allegheny County Airport Authority CEO Christina Cassotis. “We know there continues to be pent up demand for nonstop air service to a number of markets. This is another nonstop option for travelers heading to New England.”
