The sustained growth of Punta Cana International Airport over the past 5 years has gone from the construction of a second airstrip, to the latest construction of a new terminal building. Last year we announced the start of work of Preclearance and this year we will become the first airport in the Caribbean to have a pool at an airport terminal overlooking the airstrip.
By December 2017, the new VIP lounge will be operating with a panoramic swimming pool, designed by the famous Dominican architect, Antonio Segundo Imbert.
