Not Receiving The HUB?

If you are not receiving our weekly news and analysis eNewsletter, The HUB, it could be for one of the following reasons:

  • You are not a registered user of Routesonline, please register here and we will add you to our mailing list.
  • Your email client or webmail is flagging us up as either SPAM or Junk mail

If The HUB is ending up in your SPAM or Junk Mail inbox, it is easy enough to add us to your email 'safe or white list'.

By adding us to your email safe list, it will mean our weekly eNewsletter arrives into your inbox, each and every Friday, without fail! You are instructing your email client that you want to receive emails from us, as quite often they will deem an email of this nature as unsolitered email, ie. SPAM

There are many email clients and webmail services in the market place, but Microsoft being the most commonly used to date, please follow the next steps on how to 'safe list' us:

Microsoft Outlook 2000/2003/2008/2010 & Express

  1. Click on Actions, on the top row
  2. Select Junk E-Mail from the menu
  3. Select Add Senders Domain To Safe Senders List
