Jaime Daly, since June of this year, is the CEO of Latin American Airports Holding, a company created in 2008 to serve as platform to invest in infrastructure assets, mainly airports, across Latin America. Currently LAAH has two wholly owned subsidiaries, Aeropuertos Dominicanos Siglo XXI and Inmobiliaria Fumisa, with presence in 7 airports and serving 9 million international passengers. From 2004 until 2011, Mr. Daly was the CEO of Lima Airport Partners, the operator of Jorge Chavez International Airport, serving the capital of Peru, Lima. Prior to that, from 1999 to 2004, he was the CEO of Tecsur the main electrical infrastructure company in Peru. Mr. Daly also worked at United Airlines during 9 years in different positions in Operations, Research and Development and Maintenance. His last position at United was Manager of Spare Parts in the Maintenance Base in San Francisco. Mr. Daly has a Master of Science Degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo |

Senator Skerritt was appointed to the position of Minister of State in the Ministry of Tourism, Sports and Culture in 2004 following the October general elections for the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis. Following general elections in January 2010, his reappointment included a title change, making him Minister of Tourism & International Transport. In October 2010, he was also elected to serve a two-year term as Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Caribbean Tourism Organization. |

With over 20 years of Commercial, Marketing, Operations, Finance and Planning professional experience acquired at key and directive positions in the airline business, Mauricio Emboaba Moreira has worked for GOL Transportes Aereos as Director of Planning since its foundation in 2000. Before that he worked for VASP Brazilian Airlines in several positions, being the last one Director of Marketing. As a consultant since 2010, he is currently Senior Strategic Advisor of GOL and his activities include: coordination and development of the strategic plan and control of its implementation; selection and control of main investments and projects aiming to assure their alignment with the strategic goals; direction of strategic projects, including market development, operating capacity and fleet plan, network productivity, cost leadership positioning sustainability, among others; government relationship with aeronautical authorities in bilateral agreements and regulatory issues; support to the Board on the discussions of strategic and tactical subjects, such as strategic management and competitive intelligence; and airline business knowledge dissemination and coaching of executive education programs. |

Estuardo Robles specialises in the marketing of economic development projects. He was instrumental in the conceptualization and promotion of Central America’s first airport city at Guatemala’s La Aurora international airport, a project that has spurred key private sector investments and corporate relocations. Ciudad Aeropuerto today is an advisory that operates mainly in Latin America, including Chile, Brazil and Colombia. Robles is a frequent advocate of the importance of aviation development as a strategy for growth and resiliency. |

As the executive director of ALTA, Alexandre de Gunten is responsible for leading a multi-national team of professionals and 37 member airlines on critical safety, governmental, regulatory, financial and operational issues that affect aviation in the Latin America and Caribbean region. Mr De Gunten brings over 20 years of airline industry experience to ALTA. His executive management experience includes serving as Managing Director International of Orbitz, CEO of RepWorld Holdings, Vice President International LanChile Airlines (today LAN), and Director General for Latin America for Canadian Airlines International (now part of Air Canada). He is presently member of the board of the Greater Miami Aviation Association (GMAA) and served in the past as the Vice President of the Chile-U.S. Chamber of Commerce in Miami, as well as Vice President of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Mexico, and as Director of the Airline Chamber of Mexico (CANAERO), among others. |

Patricio was born in Santiago, Chile, where he graduated from the University of Chile with a Major in Economics. After completing post-graduate studies in Cost-Benefit Analysis of Investments, he spent a brief period of time at the National Planning Office (ODEPLAN). Patricio then joined LAN Chile (1976-1989) as a Planning Analyst and worked his way to the position of Executive President of the Airline. Following this position, he moved to LADECO Airlines as the Chief Consultant on Strategic Planning and Reorganization (1989-1991). He also served as President of ALTA (Latin American Air Transport Association) for 5 years (1985-1989). Patricio first became involved with IATA as a Member of the Board of Governors (1986-1989). He also served as President of this Board and of the Chair Committee (1987-1988). Since 1992, he has represented IATA in Latin America as the Regional Director of Member and Government Relations (Latin America & Caribbean). In September 2003, he left his private consulting company to formally join the IATA team in the US, and was promoted to Regional Vice President for Latin American and the Caribbean, where he is currently involved in all initiatives and campaigns of IATA creating a better business environment for the aeronautical industry as a whole in the region and in every country of Latin America. |

Kristi has been the Director, Sales and Partnerships for the Tourism division of the Province of Nova Scotia and since January 2007 and has recently taken on the role of Director of Marketing as well. She comes to this position with over twenty years of International Tourism experience working in leadership roles for internationally recognized brands such as Princess Cruises, Tourism Whistler, Harrah's Hotels and Casinos and Marriott Hotels and Resorts. Kristi spent four years studying International Tourism Management on the West Coast of Canada but credits her amazing experience sailing around the world as being the best classroom. Kristi is proud to have been a founding board member and President of Meeting Professionals International’s Atlantic Canada Chapter, the founding Chair of the Nova Scotia Passenger Air Gateway Committee and most importantly, Class Mom to her sons Andrew and Hayden’s grade primary and grade two classes. Her passions include international travel, environmental sustainability, Broadway Musicals and her two amazing boys. |

Got into the Marriott Hotels Management training program in 1985 Joined Concord Resort in Orlando, Florida in 1989 as Director of Latin American Sales, position I held until 2001 when asked by Central Florida Investments to start an International Sales Program for their timeshare resorts. Moved to South Florida in 1995 and worked as Director of Sales for Bancor International until 1998, when I joined Broward County to head their International Sales Department. He was the Minister of Tourism in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, a position he held from 2005 to 2010. Prior to this, he was the Senator and Junior Minister of the Ministry of Transport, Works and Housing from 2003 to 2005. From 2002 to 2003, he was the Marketing Manager of the Ministry of Tourism. Glen also worked as a Junior Political Consultant for the KMT political party of Taiwan in the 2000 elections, and as a Junior Political Consultant with the Al Gore Presidential Campaign. In 1998, he worked with Lazlo and Associates in Washington, DC. As the Minister of Tourism, Glen played the leading role in the establishment of the Tourism Authority, a significant initiative that has enhanced the role of Tourism as a critical sector of the country’s economy.

Nigel Mayes has over 15 years experience in Aviation Route Development. Nigel is currently responsible for all Commercial aspects to the Routes Events and Routesonline. When Nigel first moved to Routes he was responsible for developing the Routesonline the online route development forum that serves the aviation community. Nigel moved to Routes from his role as Principal Consultant in Airport Strategy & Marketing (ASM). In the six years Nigel was at ASM, Nigel has been responsible for the delivery of many new routes for a number of airport clients including: Jet Airways, Etihad, Jetstar Airlines and Shezhen Airlines for Kuala Lumpur; Air Asia X and PIA for London Stansted and Wizzair for Coventry Airport. Nigel has worked and led on a number of Route Development Projects across the globe including Darwin Airport, London Stansted, Katowice Airport, Malaysia Airports, Perth Airport, Rzezsow Airport and Sikhupe Airport. Nigel joined ASM from Birmingham International Airport, where he was responsible for long haul aviation business development. |

Mark joined ASM after six years with Durham Tees Valley Airport, which became part of the Peel Airports Group in 2003. He was responsible for commercial and marketing functions including route development and airline relations. He also led on the development of scheduled airlines at Durham Tees Valley and was also involved in aviation development strategy and implementation across the other airports in the Peel Group. As a Principal Consultant at ASM, Mark is responsible for delivering client projects including new route development and network strategies, and has headed up a variety of projects in different regions including the Caribbean, china, the Middle East and mainland Europe. Mark graduated from the University of Glasgow with an MA in Management Studies. |

Patrick Baudis was appointed Vice President Marketing for Latin America & Caribbean in 2010. He is responsible for all marketing activities in the region for Airbus including analytical support required during sales campaigns. Patrick joined the Airbus Marketing department in 1997 as Senior Analyst. In 2000, he became Marketing Director for Middle-East and North Africa, covering marketing activities and campaigns from Morocco to Indonesia. Patrick then created and developed the Market Development team within Marketing, focusing on campaign strategies and market trend analyses. From 2006, he had been heading the Airline Marketing department supervising all teams worldwide in charge of analytical and marketing support during sales campaigns. Before joining Airbus, Patrick had been working as Marketing Manager in an aviation consulting and brokerage company, trading aircraft between airlines. Patrick is married and has three sons. In his spare time, Patrick’s interests range from skiing, discovering countries and cultures, to wine tasting. |

Todd began his career with UPS in the Chicago area in 1983. He spent eight years in the US domestic “ground” operations with various roles in both operations and Industrial Engineering. In late 1991, he became involved in UPS’s international division and relocated to UPS I.S. Headquarters in Mahwah, NJ. He then relocated again to the Corporate office in Atlanta, GA to help launch UPS’ “international service guarantee”. In 1993, Todd began his career on the aviation side of the business by relocating to UPS airline headquarters in Louisville, KY with various international and network planning roles and responsibilities. He has spent several years as director of Airline Long Range Planning as well as director of Global Network Planning, involving forecasting, strategic planning, fleet planning, aircraft acquisition, integration of Menlo freight, and numerous studies regarding network capacity. |

Aviator Pilot Licences: Licence from Guatemala’s Direction of Civil Aviation (DGAC) (Guatemala) # 2006 (1987) Monomotor From 2001 to 2011, he was member of the Board of Directors of Guatemala’s Aeroclub President of Guatemala’s Aeroclub, for five consecutive periods (2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2010) Served as a pilot for humanitarian assistance during major national catastrophes such as Hurricane Mitch, Hurricane Stan, Tropical Storm Agatha and Tropical Depression E-12. Guatemala’s Aeroclub recieved the highest honor recognition given by Guatemala’s government, “Orden del Quetzal” during Armando’s period as president for this aeroclub. Developer and promotor of the Program “Estudiando para Volar Alto”, which selects honor roll primary students from public schools, to fly with professional pilots during 60 minutes, to encourage them to achieve higher grades. Developer and Promoter of “Grupo Gestor Monterrico” which promotes the economic and tourist development, the nature conservancy and education of Monterrico. Grupo Gestor Monterrico, has worked to develop infrastructure to attract tourism and has been promoting the Turtles Festival in order to raise awareness of the importance of the protection and reproduction of the sea turtle and the mangroves. |
