3: Promote

Inform the people who matter that you're exhibiting at the biggest global gathering of route development professionals. Raise awareness through social media to make sure that the companies you want to meet have registered their place at the event. Don't forget to include your stand number and use the #WorldRoutes hashtag!

What happens next?

Once we have details from you, our Visit Me team can start to promote your presence in Durban. Your activities will be included in your profile in the World Routes Delegate Directory (which every attending delegate receives). We'll promote your activities through dedicated communications to attending airlines and through our social media channels. The Routes team will help you schedule your stand activities, making sure that clashes are minimised and that your exposure is maximised, to give you the best opportunities to attract your target audience.
