This package presents your organisation with the opportunity to ensure every delegate at Routes Americas wears your brand for the duration of the event. Sponsors will receive one of the highest profile packages, with branding starting from the moment a delegate registers online through to picking up their delegate lanyard and badge from the registration desk, which they are required to wear throughout Routes Americas. All of these items are emblazoned with your logo/brand and offer a highly visible presence throughout.

Airline Meeting Hall - Sold -  Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport 

This opportunity provides the sponsor with exclusive branding within the airline meeting hall with the option of supplying each airline with a unique gift on their table, giving them a physical reminder of your destination or organisation. The airline meeting hall is where all attending airlines take their face-to-face meetings for the entirety of Routes Asia and forms the focal point for the event, where the majority of business is conducted.

Networking Lunch Day One - Sold - Vantage Airport Group 

Sponsorship of the networking lunch during day one offers a unique opportunity for destinations to provide a real flavour of their culture, cuisine and hospitality along with a speaking opportunity to address senior aviation professionals and key decision makers from across the world.

Delegate Bags - Sold  

The delegate bags at Routes Americas 2016 are co-sponsored by Southwest Florida International Airport, Naples Marco Island Everglades Convention & Visitors Bureau and Lee County Visitor & Convention Burea.

The Routes delegate bag is distributed to every delegate at first entry to the event and contains all the essential event materials including the delegate directory. The bags can be branded with your company’s logo and are often re-used by delegates at other events around the world. 

Delegate Folders

Distributed to all delegates in attendance, the folders present a functional gift for delegates spending two days in face-to-face meetings, with the requirement to make constant notes and with easy access to business cards, the folders combine a constant presence with a practical sponsorship item.

This sponsorship allows your organisation to be seen as a partner of the Strategy Summit, which forms an extremely popular part of the Routes Americas event. Sponsors of the summit will also have an opportunity address this specialist audience and reach the decision makers that matter to your business.

Wi-Fi is essential to our event, whether that to be access the official Routes App, view emails, or browse the internet, the majority if not all of our delegates now use laptops, tablets and smartphones during the event, this opportunity presents your brand to any user of the Wi-Fi be exposed to your brand each time they log on.

Hotel Key Cards - Sold - Orlando International Airport 

Hotel Key Cards are in delegate's' hands every day for a week, so make sure it's your custom-designed key card they're using. Sponsor-provided key cards are distributed to Routes Americas attendees upon check-in.
