AIRPORT STRATEGY & MARKETING (ASM) EXPANDS TEAM IN RESPONSE TO INCREASING CLIENT BASE

ASM, the world’s leading route development consultancy, has recently announced an expansion to their team. The Manchester based consultancy, which is now a part of UBM Aviation, is responding to a growing client list generally but more specifically in the Asia Pacific region.
John Grant has been promoted to Executive Vice President, Networks and has moved within UBM Aviation to head up the Networks team which is responsible for ASM and also UBM Aviation’s data products. Replacing John in the role of Senior Vice President is Tony Griffin who now has overall responsibility for the ASM business portfolio.
As a result of these recent appointments, and in response to the growing client base, Tony has expanded the ASM team to include David Bell, who will rejoin the ASM team. As Senior Consultant, David will be working on ASM’s projects and airport clients which will include supporting the existing Asia Pacific team of Gordon Bevan, Ong Kee Keat and Joy Zhang.
Another key appointment within the ASM team is Yuliya Crane who is promoted to Consultant from research and analysis manager who will work across ASM’s client base with a special expertise with CIS airports and airlines.
Tony Griffin explains “We are delighted to welcome David to ASM he brings with him extensive experience of both the airport and airline sectors and we look forward to utilizing his skills with our airport clients worldwide”.
David will be based at ASM’s headquarters in Manchester. This continued recruitment of additional industry experts and breadth of knowledge within the business is indicative of the growth that ASM is experiencing.
