FAA signs fatigue MOU with controllers' union

US FAA and the National Air Traffic Controllers Assn. union signed an MOU regarding management of controller fatigue that "reinforces existing FAA policy that prohibits air traffic controllers from sleeping while they are performing assigned duties," according to an agency statement.
