LAN TAM merger on track for 1Q 2012

Chile’s LAN Airlines said Wednesday the company is “confident” it will complete the merger process with TAM during the first quarter of 2012. Chile's antitrust tribunal (TDLC) last week gave conditional approval for the merger (ATW Daily News, Sept. 22).
