DOT approves Delta/US Airways slot swap; DOJ probe continues

The re-worked New York LaGuardia (LGA)/Washington National (DCA) slot swap deal between Delta Air Lines (DL) and US Airways (US) gained final US Dept. of Transportation (DOT) approval this week, but the US Dept. of Justice (DOJ) has indicated that it may take action on the matter.
