ROUTES EUROPE: Sponsorship Packages & Limited Stand Space Still Available
Posted 26 April 2012 12:11
Routes Europe is now just over three weeks away but there is still time to raise your company’s profile at the event by taking out one of our sponsorship packages or an exhibition stand.
Routes Europe provides the perfect platform to raise awareness of your organisation or destination to key air service development decision-makers in the region and one of the most effective ways of doing this is by purchasing one of the many sponsorship opportunities available such as the first ever Routes Europe Smartphone Application.
Many of the sponsorship packages for Routes Europe have already been purchased, Budapest Airport has already taken the Airline Meeting Hall Package and Prague Airport has signed up to sponsor Registration ensuring their brands will be highly visible at the event. There are, however, a limited number of packages still available including sponsorship of the lunch on day one. This very high profile sponsorship opportunity really is a superb opportunity for your organisation to gain prime exposure at Europe’s foremost route development event and grab the attention of the 150+ airline network planners in attendance as a speaking slot is included.
Sponsoring at the event allows you to position yourself as an industry leader and enables all attendees to understand your brand and what you have to offer. It can also provide delegates with a clear insight into your airport or destination or allow you to glean market response to a new product. Click here for the complete list of available sponsorship packages, what better way to stand out from the crowd in front of an audience of so many of your target airlines.
There are also a limited number of exhibition stands still available which can be viewed on the latest floor plan here. Taking a stand will provide you with an opportunity to generate new leads and interest in your business to drive sales by conducting face to face meetings surrounded by your own branding and marketing materials. These meetings will help to develop closer and better relationships with airline customers, whilst providing them with more information about your airport or destination.
Companies already exhibiting at Routes Europe include Helsinki Airport, Eurocontrol, Moscow Domodedovo Airport, Sabre Airline Solutions, Athens International Airport and TAV Airports.
Please contact Mark Gray to register for one of these sponsorship packages or to book your exhibition stand.
