Kenya Airways S13 Asia Operation Changes: New Dubai – Hong Kong Service

As per 06FEB13 GDS timetable and inventory display, Kenya Airways is adjusting operation to Asia. Planned changes from 31MAR13 as follows.

Nairobi – Bangkok – Guangzhou Service increases from 4 weekly to daily
KQ886 NBO2335 – 1315+1BKK1505+1 – 1900+1CAN 763 D
KQ887 CAN2100 – 2300BKK0035+1 – 0605+1NBO 763 D

Bangkok service remains daily, existing 3 weekly Bangkok – Hong Kong will be cancelled. Overall service to Guangzhou sees increase

Nairobi – Delhi Boeing 737-700 aircraft continues to operate 3 weekly service, replacing 767 (Aircraft changes took place since Jan/Feb 2013, previously not reported on Airline Route)
Nairobi – Dubai – Hong Kong NEW 3 weekly service
KQ862 NBO2245 – 0500+1DXB0600+1 – 1810+1HKG 763 135

KQ863 HKG2120 – 0130+1DXB0310+1 – 0725+1NBO 763 2
KQ863 HKG2120 – 0130+1DXB0240+1 – 0655+1NBO 763 6
KQ863 HKG2150 – 0200+1DXB0405+1 – 0820+1NBO 763 4

Nairobi – Dubai sector returns to 10 weekly flights once again. KQ has local traffic rights on Dubai – Hong Kong sector, becoming the 3rd operator on this route.

Nairobi – Mumbai
KQ202/203 Boeing 777-200ER replaces 767-300ER from 31MAR13 to 14SEP13, daily service
KQ204/205 3 weekly service continues to be operated by Boeing 737-700 aircraft
