Extra meetings go digital – pack in more meetings at Routes events!

New for 2015, our Electronic Extra Meeting System will help you maximise your time at Routes events, improving the speed of acceptance for meeting requests, adding them straight into your diary and giving you real-time updates to ensure you meet with your top targets.

With less than three weeks to go until Routes Americas opens in Denver, Colorado, join our webinar and learn how to use the new digital system. The webinar will take place on Wednesday 21 January at 5pm GMT and will be hosted by Scheduling Manager, Simon Baxendale. So don’t delay – join the webinar!

Over the years, Routes has deployed a paper based system, delivering the messages by hand to the relevant party. This is going to change in 2015 and Routes Americas in Denver will be the first Routes event to use the electronic Extra Meeting System. Accessible via the Routes app, Routesonline, and at dedicated iPad stations during Routes Americas, the Electronic Extra Meeting System is fast and simple to use, giving delegates real-time updates about meeting requests and improving the speed of acceptance for requests.
