It will once again provide easy access to full delegate listings, final diary access, and the event programme ensuring delegates are fully prepared for the day’s business. Additional features of the Routes App include all an interactive floorplan, Strategy Summit speaker profiles, activity feed, your own personal profile, airline table numbers, social media links, and new for this year access to the NEW Electronic Extra Meeting System.

Prepare for your Meetings

Delegates will be able to access their final meeting diaries via the app on Saturday 31st January.

Company profiles on Routesonline can provide you with a wealth of information about the company you’re meeting with. Make sure your own company profile is kept up to date and start connecting with other delegates on Routesonline in the lead up to the event. Initiate new, or continue existing dialogue with prospective customers ahead those all important meetings, whether pre-arranged or not, which will take place in Denver.

NEW Electronic Extra Meeting System

Over the years, Routes has deployed a paper based system, delivering the messages by hand to the relevant party. All this is going to change in 2015; Routes Americas in Denver will be the first Routes event to use the Electronic Extra Meeting System (EEMS). This system is completely digital and will be accessible via the official Routes App, on Routesonline, and via dedicated terminals around the event.

This system will give delegates real-time updates about meeting requests and add them straight into your meeting diary as well as improving the speed of acceptance for requests. To find out more about the new EEMS visit Routesonline.com and follow our simple instructions.

Event Tour Programme

In addition to the core business elements of Routes Americas our Host, Denver International Airport have kindly arranged a tour programme and we recommend all delegates make time to explore the city and surrounding area. Tours available include a complimentary city tour, a trip to Cherry Creek Shopping Center and a tour of the Hotel and Transit Center construction site at Denver International Airport. More information on the complete tour programme and other things to do in Denver can be found online.
