As per 06FEB12 GDS timetable and inventory display, Virgin Atlantic continues to adjust planned Winter 2012/13 operation, as a result of de-commissioning 4 of its 19 Airbus A340-600 aircraft (previously reported on 27JAN12).

Latest changes as follows, although further adjustment is still possible:

London Heathrow – New York JFK
VS045/046 Boeing 747-400 (Unchanged)
VS003/004 28OCT12 – 24DEC12 only Airbus A340-300 replaces -600
VS009/010 28OCT12 – 15DEC12 only Airbus A340-300 replaces -600

London Heathrow – Tokyo Narita
eff 15DEC12 Airbus A340-300 replaces -600
