Air China to Launch Chengdu – Frankfurt Service from mid-May 2013

Air China starting 19MAY13 is launching Chengdu – Frankfurt service, its 3rd route to Frankfurt. The Star Alliance member will operate this route three times a week with Airbus A330-200 aircraft. Overall operation to Frankfurt will increases from 21 to 24 weekly. Reservation for this new route opens today (19JAN13).

On separate note, Shanghai Pu Dong – Frankfurt service will switch from Airbus A340-300 to Airbus A330-200, which sees the end of First Class service.
