International flights begin in Bodrum

June 26th 2020:

Milas-Bodrum Airport welcomed the first scheduled international flight following the easing of travel restrictions. Domestic flights successfully continue since June 4th.

Operated by TAV Airports, a member of Groupe ADP, Milas-Bodrum Airport welcomed the Sunexpress flight from Hannover, Germany -the first international flight since the travel restrictions were introduced in March due to COVID-19 pandemic.

TAV Milas-Bodrum Operation Coordinator Iclal Kayaoglu said “We’re happy to welcome passengers and scheduled flights once again at our airport. Domestic flights have been going on since the beginning of the month successfully, thanks to the comprehensive precautions we took in collaboration with our stakeholders. We hope that the international flights continue to increase and look forward to welcome more guests from all over the world”.

In addition to Sunexpress, Corendon and Edelweiss airlines are expected to introduce direct flights to Bodrum from several European destinations in coming days.
