Comeback: Direct NUE-BGY connection from autumn 2020 onwards

Milan-Bergamo will be served directly from Nuremberg again, starting with the beginning of the winter timetable 2020 on the 25th of October. Ryanair will connect the North Italian business and fashion metropolis with Franconia five times a week. The return of this connection to the flight schedule is important for trade fairs as well as the tourism in the region.

Ryanair has announced to close their base at Nuremberg with the turn to the summer schedule due to 737 MAX capacity issues, leading to the loss of several routes. Consequently, NUE-BGY will not be flown in the summer. During the last weeks, other airlines have decided to take over previous Ryanair destinations: Aegean Airlines will fly to the Greek capital Athens from mid-May, Kiev (Kyjiw) will continue to be served by Wizz Air and Corendon Airlines will fly to Tel Aviv in Israel.
