Getting to Quito

Mariscal Sucre International Airport (MSIA), otherwise known as Quito International Airport, is the busiest airport in Ecuador and one of the busiest in South America.

Quito International Airport is the main gateway to Ecuador, with its domestic and international market an estimated 5.4 million passengers in size.

The largest international market from Mariscal Sucre International Airport is the US, which has enjoyed robust growth over the past decade. Figures from OAG show that total departure seat capacity will be about 430,000 in 2017, compared with 269,000 in 2008.

Quito is connected to the US this winter through direct flights to Miami, Dallas/Fort Worth, Fort Lauderdale, Atlanta, New York and Houston. Operators include American Airlines, JetBlue, Delta and United.
