The Visa Invitation Letter request process is now open for Routes Americas 2019.
Canada does not have a visa office in every country so it is important that delegates visit the website of the Canadian visa office responsible for processing their visa application. Processing times for visa applications vary depending on the visa office and the time of the year.
Delegates are encouraged to apply for visas 12 weeks in advance of their departure in order to ensure visas are received in time.
US Citizens do not need a visa or an electronic travel authorization (eTA) to travel to Canada and will only need a valid U.S. passport.
For visitors from other countries, it may be necessary to obtain a visa or an electronic travel authorization (eTA) to enter Canada.

Please note that Québec City Jean Lesage International Airport (YQB) and UBM Live Routes, are not responsible for the content of these websites, or for anything related to processing or obtaining eTA or Canadian visas.
Visa Invitation Letter
In addition to the visa application form, relevant fees and photos may be required; embassies, consulates or visa application centres (VAC) may also require a letter of invitation from the event’s host. Should you require such document from our host Québec City Jean Lesage International Airport (YQB), please complete the electronic request form in full ensuring accuracy throughout.
Please note that invitation letters will only be issued to individuals registered to attend the event.
Most embassies and consulates accept a scanned copy of the invitation letter and therefore Québec City Jean Lesage International Airport will issue the letters to applicants via email as an attachment.
As the visa application process can take several weeks, you should apply early.
