The visa invitation letter request process is now open for Routes Africa 2018.
You won’t need a visa if you’re staying for less than three months and you have nationality from one of the following countries: Benin, Burkina Faso, Brazil, Cape Verde, Côte d'Ivoire, Cuba, The Gambia, Germany, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Iran, Kenya, Lesotho, Liberia, Namibia, Niger, Nigeria, Mali, Mauritania, Malawi, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Singapore, South Africa, Tanzania, Togo, Trinidad and Tobago, Uganda and Zimbabwe.
Anyone else will need to apply for a short stay visa. This document should be issued by the Ghanaian Embassy in the delegate’s country of origin.
All travellers will need a passport valid for at least 6 months following your departure date from Ghana. Ghana requires that you have adequate un-used pages in your passport, allowing for any necessary stamps upon arrival and departure. We recommend that you have at least two free pages in Visas section of your passport before any international travel.

Visa Invitation Letter
In addition to the visa application form, relevant fees and photos may be required; embassies may also require a letter of invitation from the inviting company. Should you require such document from our host Ghana Airports Company Limited (GACL), please complete the electronic request form in full ensuring accuracy throughout.
Most embassies and consulates accept a scanned copy of the invitation letter and therefore Ghana Airports Company Limited (GACL) will issue the letters to applicants via email as an attachment. If your embassy or consulate does not accept an electronic copy, please select an alternative format in the ‘Format Options’ section of the request form.
Please note – invitation letters will only be issued to individuals registered to attend the event.
