Airport Arrivals

Indianapolis International Airport (IND) to JW Marriott Indianapolis (Official Hotel)

Upon arrival to IND, please join us in the main concourse at the Routes Welcome Lounge for refreshments. From there, proceed directly down the main escalator to the baggage claim area where the transportation team will greet you. Staff will be holding a sign with the Routes Americas 2020 logo on it and will be wearing red and black attire. Should you have trouble locating the team during shuttle hours, please contact Accent Indy at 317-515-8620.

It is not necessary to inform the team of flight delays. If your flight does not arrive within the shuttle window, please take a taxi or rideshare service, with pickup located just outside of the baggage claim area. The estimated transfer time from IND airport to the JW Marriott is 20 minutes.

Shuttles will depart every 30 minutes from Indianapolis International Airport (IND) to JW Marriott Indianapolis:

• Sunday 2 February 2020 – 12:00 to 22:00 
• Monday 3 February 2020 – 09:00 to 22:00
• Tuesday 4 February 2020 – 09:00 to 18:00

Airport Departures

JW Marriott Indianapolis to Indianapolis International Airport (IND) 

Please meet the departure team in the JW Marriott main lobby. Staff will be holding a sign with the Routes Americas 2020 logo on it and will be wearing red and black attire. Should you have trouble locating the team during departure hours, please contact Accent Indy at 317-515-8620.

It is recommended that you depart for the airport 2 hours prior to your flight departure time.

 Shuttles will depart every 30 minutes from JW Marriott Indianapolis to Indianapolis International Airport (IND):

• Thursday 6 February 2020 – 14:00 to 18:00
• Friday 7 February 2020 – 04:00 to 18:00

While the venue is within walking distance, optional shuttles will depart from the JW Marriott Indianapolis main lobby every 10-15 minutes.

Outbound shuttles will be available beginning at 19:00, and shuttles will begin returning to the hotel every 15 minutes beginning at 21:30. The final shuttle will depart the venue at 23:45.
