Qatar Airways starting 27OCT13 will adjust flight numbers system-wide for passenger operation, in order to accommodate its future growth, and realign flight numbers that has been using different range in the same region.

General sequence of new flight number systems as follows:

Europe QR001 – 299
India QR500 – 599
South Asia (Except India) QR600 – 699
Americas QR700 – 799
East Asia / Oceania QR800 – 999
Middle East QR1000 – 1199
Jordan / Iraq / Iran / Yemen QR400 – 499
Africa QR1300 – 1499

New general flight number range from 27OCT13 is listed below. Note on 26OCT13/27OCT13, certain flights will be using 4-digit flight number (QR1000 – 1999) during the roll-over from summer 2013 to winter 2013/14 season.
