ASM Enters New Era with New Team

ASM, the world route development consultants, recently announced three senior appointments who will be joining the team over the next few months.

These appointments herald a new era for the business as ASM, the sister company of Routes and Airport Cities Conference and Exhibition, enhances its air services expertise and strategic airport management support.

Earlier this month, Ralph Anker joined ASM as Vice President Consulting based in the UK office and brings a wealth of aviation knowledge to the team. Ralph has over 20 years experience in the industry having worked in the network planning teams of Go Fly Air, Maersk Air and easyJet as well as a Senior lecturer at Cranfield University. He joins ASM from PPS Publications where he was senior editor for their anna.aero network planning newsletter.

Marc Gordien and Aidan Mooney will also join the team as Vice President Consulting; Marc will join next week whilst Aidan begins in the new year. Marc comes to ASM from Sabre Airline Solutions where he has worked for over 5 years initially as Project Director and latterly as Sales Director for the Middle East & Africa driving business solutions for Airlines and Airports. Prior to that Marc held roles in Amadeus and Air France.

Aidan brings over 20 years of route development and business planning experience to the team, working for the Manchester Airport Group (MAG) one of the leading airport groups in the world. Aidan's most recent responsibility has been Director of Aviation Development for MAG.

Tony Griffin, Senior Vice President ASM said: “We are delighted to welcome Ralph, Marc and Aidan to the team here. This is an exciting time at ASM as we move into a new era with an even stronger focus on air services expertise and strategic airport advisory. We feel that, with these appointments, ASM has assembled a formidable team of expertise, experience and people who can make a difference. We hope our existing and future clients will join us in welcoming them to the team.”
