I am delighted to introduce this year’s Meetings Request website where you can easily request your Face-to-Face meetings for Routes Americas 2013.

Scheduling for this event is now open. Please follow the simple instructions below to access our easy to use meeting request system.

• Register or Log-In to your free personal networking profile
• Enter your PRC (Personal Registration Code), which you should have received when you registered, into the box displayed on the homepage, ensuring you have selected the correct event from the drop down menu provided.
• Click the grey & red logo provided and you will be forwarded to your meeting request page.

Please remember to request your meetings in priority order including reserve options.

• You may view the meeting requests you have submitted at any time by logging into your personal Routesonline profile and following the links. Once logged in your request details can be reviewed including a countdown of how many requests you have still to submit.
• You may edit your requests and priorities at any time until scheduling closes on 1st February 2013.
• You may request meetings for other delegates within your company invite them to your meetings and view the requests made by your colleagues.
