Login now to pre-schedule your Routes Europe meetings!

Scheduling for Routes Europe, which will take place 6-8 April, is now open and it is recommended that delegates make their requests as soon as possible to ensure they don’t miss the opportunity to meet with their target airlines. Routes Europe is the largest of Routes’ regional events and last year over 700 meetings were scheduled within the first 24 hours of scheduling opening!

Now in its 9th year, Routes Europe is the largest network planning forum for the entire European region and the 2014 event, hosted by Marseille-Provence Airport, will take placein Marseille, gateway to the beautiful Provence region of France and regional capital of Southern France. Routes Europe will bring together over 1,100 delegates from airports, airlines, tourism authorities and other industry stakeholders from across Europe to discuss air service development.

With 70 plus airlines registered to attend by the end of January 2014, the event is in its strongest position to date going into the second month of the year, highlighting the increasing value airlines, both from within and outside the European region, are placing on the information exchanged at Routes events. Airlines such as Air Europa, American Airlines, easyJet, Etihad, Flybe UK, Icelandair, Pegasus Airlines and transavia.com will all be represented by senior delegations in Marseille. The complete attendee list can be found here.

Routes Europe delegates can now log into their Routesonline profile and use the online Meeting Requests System to make meeting requests with other attendees. The website allows airports, airlines, tourism authority delegates and anyone else with an entitlement of pre-arranged meetings to log-in and submit their requests online. This means that City Pair (airport to airport) requests are now available online in addition to the online requesting feature for airlines.

New for this year delegates can also request to attend the Route Exchange Airline Briefings using the online meeting request system; the Briefings tab can be found at the top of your personal meeting requests page where you will also find an up to date list of the Briefings that are available for you to attend.

The system also provides delegates with the perfect platform to request and prepare for their meetings in Marseille as, during the requesting process, access to Routesonline company profiles is available helping delegates select the right companies to meet with by providing all the information Routesonline has to offer straight to the central meeting requests page.

This year, once again, a completely live and updated version of your draft diary will be available to view online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via the personal requests page, closer to the event. This should allow delegates to better prepare for the meetings they expect to take place at the event and increase the overall Routes experience.

Scheduling for Routes Europe 2014 is now open and delegates will have access to the system until 28th March when scheduling closes, this means that meeting requests can be submitted and amended at any time. To begin requesting meetings delegates should follow the below steps:

  • Register or Log-In to your free personal networking profile
