Routes Europe - Just One Week Left to Request Your Meetings!

Almost 3000 meetings have been scheduled so request your meetings now to ensure you meet with your top targets at Routes Europe.

Scheduling for Routes Europe will close on Thursday 2nd April, just one week from now!  If your delegate package includes a diary of pre-scheduled meetings and you haven’t made your requests yet make sure you get them in soon as possible to avoid disappointment as diaries are filling up fast!

Routes Europe, which will take place 12 – 14 April, attracts the industry’s key decision makers and is the must attend event for all those interested in meeting with the industry's key players. The event, which is the annual gathering of air service decision makers for the European region, attracts the most senior representatives from a wide variety of organisations who wish to meet, plan and conduct business for new global routes, and almost 3000 meetings have already been scheduled for this year’s event.

Delegates should log into their Routesonline profile and use the online Meeting Requests System to make meeting requests with other attendees.  The website allows airports, airlines, tourism authority delegates and anyone else with an entitlement of pre-arranged meetings to log-in and submit their requests online.  This means that City Pair (airport to airport) and interline (airline to airline) requests are also now available.

Meeting requests can be submitted and amended at any time until Friday 6th March when scheduling closes. To begin requesting meetings delegates should follow the below steps:

  • Registeror Log-In to your free personal networking Routesonline profile
  • Enter your PRC (Personal Registration Code), which you should have received when you registered, into the box displayed on the homepage, ensuring you have selected Routes Asia on the slider
  • Click ‘Submit PRC’ and you will be directed to your meeting request page.

Preparing for your Meetings

To make the most of your meetings at Routes Europe you need to be prepared, providing a short presentation or report covering all key points.  You also need to be well informed about the company you’re meeting with and aware of any opportunities that exist there so make sure you’ve done your research.  The Meeting Requests System also provides delegates with the perfect platform to prepare for their meetings in Aberdeen as, during the requesting process, access to Routesonline company profiles is available helping delegates select the right companies to meet with by providing all the information Routesonline has to offer straight to the central meeting requests page.

Company profiles on Routesonline can provide you with a wealth of information about the company you’re meeting with.  Make sure your own company profile is kept up to date and start connecting with other delegates on Routesonline in the weeks leading up to the event.  Initiate new, or continue existing dialogue with prospective customers ahead of the meetings which will take place at Routes Europe.  Connect now and start networking!
