Request your meetings now for Routes Silk Road 2015

Routes Silk Road is now less than three weeks away, request your meetings now before scheduling closes on Friday 26 June to ensure you meet with your top targets.

Already over 200 meetings have been scheduled for this year’s event and diaries are filling up fast. Request your meetings online to ensure have a full diary ahead of the event in Tbilisi.

Routes Silk Road is the route development forum that connects CIS, Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Asia and will offer attendees the perfect platform to do business and improve air transport networks to, from and within the region. Senior level executives from airlines, airports, tourism authorities and other aviation stakeholders are expected to attend the event to discuss air service development.

Delegates should log into their Routesonline profile and use the online Meeting Requests System to make meeting requests with other attendees. The website allows airports, airlines, tourism authority delegates and anyone else with an entitlement of pre-arranged meetings to log-in and submit their requests online. 

Meeting requests can be submitted and amended at any time until Friday 26 June when scheduling closes. To begin requesting meetings delegates should follow the below steps:

  • Register or Log-In to your free personal networking Routesonline profile
  • Enter your PRC (Personal Registration Code), which you should have received when you registered, into the box displayed on the homepage, ensuring you have selected Routes Silk Road on the slider
  • Click ‘Submit PRC’ and you will be directed to your meeting request page.
