Airports achieve more when collaborating with tourism authorities

World Routes provides unmissable opportunities for airports and destinations to present a united business case to the world’s leading airlines. Working collaboratively with airport and tourism partners helps to ensure that route proposals and presentations made to airlines are as effective as possible.

Airports and destinations attending World Routes 2018 will be able to request up to 8 city pair meetings, at no additional cost. City pair meetings allow organisations to identify new business opportunities, exchange market information and plan strategies with their regional partners. Customer feedback from World Routes 2017 showed that 81% of airline delegates felt that meetings were more effective when tourism authorities were present.

Over 200 airlines, including Vueling, Qatar Airways, Norwegian, Finnair, Emirates and many more, have now confirmed their attendance and are accepting meetings for the event.

World Routes 2018 will take place in Guangzhou, China on 15-18 September.
