Scheduling for Routes Americas closes in three weeks

Over 800 airline meetings have already been scheduled.

Airports and tourism authorities attending Routes Americas are encouraged to submit their meeting requests before scheduling closes on 6 February.

More than 800 meetings have already been scheduled since the request system opened earlier this month - including over 150 City Pair meetings - with airline diaries filling up fast. 

Over 75 airlines, including Southwest Airlines, United Airlines, Aeromexico, Delta Air Lines and many more, have now confirmed their attendance and are accepting meetings for the event. Learn more about the airlines confirmed to attend Routes Americas or view the full attendee list

How to request meetings:

- Login to your free personal networking Routesonline profile

- Enter your PRC (Personal Registration Code), which you should have received when you registered, into the box displayed on the homepage, ensuring you have selected Routes Americas on the slider

- Click ‘Submit PRC’ to be directed to your meeting request page
