Backed by the Gokongwei family-controlled JG Summit Holdings and partially listed in Feb-2011, Cebu Pacific provides an extensive network of domestic and international services within Asia and to the Middle East. The carrier operates from its hub at Manila Ninoy Aquino International Airport with secondary bases at Mactan-Cebu International Airport and Francisco Bangoy International Airport. Cebu Pacific also operates closely with sister LCC Cebgo (formerly Tigerair Philippines), following the Cebu Pacific Group's purchase of the outstanding 40% stake in the airline from Tiger Airways Holdings in Mar-2014.
