ROUTES ASIA: It's All Black and White to Me!

There was a real buzz around the breakfast tables on the morning of April 15, 2012 as delegates took the opportunity to enjoy some of the sights of Chengdu on the complementary tours organised by our event host, Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport. A large number of delegates took the opportunity to visit the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding, with some even getting the chance to hug an eight month old baby Panda. One senior airline delegate described the experience as being “up there with watching a space shuttle launch,” and speaking to The HUB said: “They may be black and white, but that was a really colourful experience that I will never forget. For those of you that missed the chance to visit one of the many Panda centres around the city of Chengdu, here are some images from the tour, while we have some short videos for viewing on Routes TV.
