China Southern appears to cancel Vancouver service launch; S11 Amsterdam aircraft changes

As of 0300GMT 22MAR11, China Southern Airlines appears to have canceled planned 3 weekly Guangzhou – Vancouver service, due to launch from 15JUN11. As per airlines’ inventory display, all class of service are Zero’d out (see below). At time this post goes to press, it is unknown whether the removal of this flight is just temporary. A follow up post will be made available when it reappears and accepts reservation in the GDS.

Also, the Skyteam member’s inventory display in the GDS is also displaying further aircraft change on Guangzhou – Beijing – Amsterdam route, which Airbus A330-200 is now being assigned from 27MAR11, replacing planned -300. Service currently operates with Boeing 777-200ER.
