QATAR Airways Extends Boeing 787 Cancellation into April 2013

As per 01MAR13 GDS timetable and inventory display, QATAR Airways extends Boeing 787 service cancellations until 30APR13 inclusive. Therefore, a number of service will see operational aircraft changes from 31MAR13 to 30APR13. List of changes as follow.

Doha – Frankfurt 2 daily service operated by Airbus A330-200/-300, replacing Boeing 787
Doha – London Heathrow Service reduced from 5 daily to 4 daily, QR075/076 cancelled
Doha – Munich 2 daily service operated by Airbus A330-200/-300, replacing Boeing 787
Doha – Zurich 1 daily service operated by Airbus A330-200/-300, replacing Boeing 787 (A320 on 01APR13)

Due to extended Boeing 787 service cancellation and aircraft redeployment, following routes also sees aircraft changes until 30APR13:
Doha – Beijing Boeing 777-200LR operational flights replaced by A330-200/-300, 5 times a week (remaining 2 weekly 777-300ER is unchanged)
Doha – Islamabad Airbus A330-200 and Boeing 777-300ER replaces 777-200LR, 4 weekly
Doha – Jakarta QR672/673 operated by Airbus A330-200/-300, replaces planned 777-300ER, 4 weekly (QR670/671 remains unchanged with daily 777-300ER)
Doha – Seoul Incheon Airbus A330-200/-300 replaces Boeing 777-200LR/-300ER, daily

Planned Boeing 787 operation, as well as other aircraft type, remains subject to change.
