KLM S16 Long-Haul Operation Changes as of 31MAR15

In the GDS timetable listing as of 31MAR15, a number of airlines has loaded Summer 2016 schedules, including KLM. As of 31MAR15, notable changes to KLM’s Summer 2016 Long-Haul operations, effective 27MAR16, as follow.

Amsterdam – Bogota – Cali – Amsterdam Increase from 3 to 4 weekly, Northern Summer 2016 season operated by 777-200ER
Amsterdam – Chengdu Boeing 787-9 replaces 747-400COMBI, 4 times a week
Amsterdam – Kigali – Entebbe – Amsterdam Airbus A330-300 replaces -200, 3 times a week
Amsterdam – Quito – Guayaquil – Amsterdam Boeing 787-9 operation currently displays 3 times a week (Remainder 4 weekly currently not listed in the GDS)
Amsterdam – Rio de Janeiro Increase from 6 to 7 weekly, Boeing 777-200ER operation
Amsterdam – Washington Dulles Boeing 777-200ER replaces A330-200/-300 on 5 of 7 weekly (Remainder 2 weekly currently not listed in the GDS)

Currently KLM is only displaying Summer 2016 on selected routes. Additional information will be posted on Airline Route in the next few weeks. Further adjustments for routes listed above remain highly possible.
