KLM W16 Long-Haul Service Changes as of 12FEB16

KLM in recent schedule update gradually adjusted planned winter 2016/17 operation, effective 30OCT16. The following is the latest changes since last report on Airline Route on 26OCT15.

Amsterdam – Almaty – Astana – Amsterdam Airbus A330-200 operates this service 2 weekly, and 2 weekly in opposite direction. Prior to planned Astana launch, KLM previously planned to operate A330-300 to Almaty

Amsterdam – Delhi 11DEC16 – 21JAN17 Boeing 777-200ER replaces 747-400, daily (Previous report on Airline Route on 18DEC15 did not indicate the end date of 777 operation)
Amsterdam – Edmonton 30OCT16 – 01JAN17 Boeing 787-9 replaces A330-200, 3 weekly (A330 will now be operating from 03JAN16)
Amsterdam – Havana eff 06JAN17 Addition of 6th weekly service, operating on Day 5 with A330-200
Amsterdam – Mexico City 30OCT16 – 31DEC16 Increase from 7 to 9 weekly, Boeing 747-400COMBI operation (Previously the additional frequency was also planned for second-half of W16)
Amsterdam – Toronto 02JAN17 – 22JAN17 Boeing 747-400PAX operates daily, instead of 5 weekly -400PAX (Day x46) and 2 weekly -400COMBI (Day 46)
