KLM W16 Long-Haul Service Changes as of 03MAY16

KLM within the last few days has made additional adjustment to planned Winter 2016/17 long-haul operation, effective 30OCT16. Latest changes as of 03MAY16 as follow.

Amsterdam – Colombo Previously reported on Airline Route, reservation for this 2 weekly Boeing 787-9 service opened on Monday (02MAY16). Flight resumes as winter seasonal from 31OCT16
Amsterdam – Dubai Previously not covered on Airline Route, service operates with a mix of 777-200ER and 787-9 in W16

Amsterdam – Mexico City Planned increase from 7 to 9 weekly from 30OCT16 to 31DEC16 is cancelled. However KLM will operate extra flight on Saturdays on 05NOV16 / 12NOV16 / 10DEC16 / 17DEC16, with 747-400COMBI
Amsterdam – Miami Previously reported on Airline Route, reservation for this 3 weekly A330-200 service opened on Monday (02MAY16). Flight resumes as winter seasonal from 30OCT16
Amsterdam – Osaka Kansai Boeing 787-9 operation increases from 4 to 6 weekly, compared to previous plan of 2 weekly 777-200ER and 4 weekly 787-9
Amsterdam – Shanghai Pu Dong Service operates with a mix of 777-200ER and 787-9 for most of winter season, instead of 747-400/-400COMBI and 787-9
