Turkish Airlines W16 inter-continental service changes as of 01SEP16

Turkish Airlines during Thursday’s schedule update (01SEP16) made additional changes to planned inter-continental operation for winter season, effective from 30OCT16 to 25MAR17. Latest changes as follow.

Istanbul Ataturk – Algiers 1 of 3 daily TK651/652 to be operated by A330-200/-300, replacing previously planned A321
Istanbul Ataturk – Amman Planned 1 daily each of A321/330 switches to 2 daily A321
Istanbul Ataturk – Casablanca A330-200 replaces -300, 1 daily
Istanbul Ataturk – Dhaka A330-300 replaces -200, 1 daily
Istanbul Ataturk – Dubai 777-300ER operation increases from 7 to 11 weekly (Overall 14 weekly)
Istanbul Ataturk – Islamabad TK will maintain daily service, instead of reducing to 5 weekly. Operational aircraft switches from A330-200 to Boeing 737-800
Istanbul Ataturk – Jeddah Operational aircraft changes from 3 daily A330-200/-300 to 1 daily A330-300 and 2 daily A321
Istanbul Ataturk – Johannesburg – Durban Planned increase from 3 to 5 weekly is cancelled (Identical frequency to NW15)
