EgyptAir W17 Short/Mid-haul service changes

EGYPTAIR recently adjusted its planned winter 2017/18 operation, effective from 29OCT17. Based on comparison with previous winter season (2016/17), the airline plans to offer expanded frequencies on various routes in Africa, Europe and The Middle East. Planned changes as of 04SEP17 as follow.

Cairo – Abuja eff 29OCT17 Frequency in winter season operates 6 weekly, instead of 5
Cairo – Algiers eff 16NOV17 A330 operates on Day 46 during following period, instead of 737-800
Cairo – Amsterdam eff 29OCT17 Increase from 5 weekly to 7 weekly (Previously scheduled daily during peak season 18DEC17 – 14JAN18 only)
Cairo – Baghdad eff 29OCT17 Frequency in winter season operates 5 weekly with A321, instead of 3 weekly A320
Cairo – Bahrain eff 29OCT17 Frequency in winter season operates 7 weekly, instead of 5
Cairo – Barcelona eff 29OCT17 Frequency in winter season operates 5 weekly, instead of 4
Cairo – Brussels 14DEC17 – 11JAN18 Increase from 4 to 5 weekly
Cairo – Casablanca eff 01DEC17 Increase from 9 to 11 weekly
Cairo – Khartoum eff 29OCT17 Frequency in winter season operates 17 weekly, instead of 14
Cairo – Lagos eff 29OCT17 Frequency in winter season operates 7 weekly, instead of 5
