China Eastern in Northern winter 2017/18 season further expands planned Boeing 777-300ER operation on Shanghai Pu Dong – Melbourne and Shanghai Pu Dong – Sydney route, reflected in last week’s schedule update. The 777 was previously scheduled as 4 weekly flights from 08DEC17 to 09MAR18 (PVG departure) each, however this is now expanded to daily service.

Previously reported on Friday 08SEP17 on the airline’s planned Shanghai Pu Dong – Brisbane increase, from 4 to 7 weekly. Operational aircraft on Day 146 from PVG, Day 257 from BNE, should read as A330-300 service, instead of -200. Northern winter seasonal Shanghai Pu Dong – Cairns service will also be operating from 02FEB18 to 24FEB18, 3 times a week.
