Qantas NW18 long-haul network changes

Qantas this week announced additional changes to its planned Northern winter 2018/19 long-haul network, including the end of Boeing 747 service to Los Angeles. Planned network changes as follows.

Sydney – Beijing eff 28OCT18 Reduce from 7 to 5 weekly, A330-200 operating
Sydney – Dallas/Ft. Worth eff 05FEB19 Reduce from 7 to 6 weekly, A380 operating
Sydney – Honolulu eff 07DEC18 747-400 replaces A330-300, 5 weekly
Sydney – Los Angeles
eff 04DEC18 QF011/012 A380 service will increase from 6 weekly to 7 weekly. Tuesdays service operated by Boeing 747 is scheduled until 27NOV18 (Overall last Qantas 747 scheduled service to Los Angeles), replaced by A380 from 04DEC18
14DEC18 – 20JAN19 QF017/018 Seasonal 2 weekly service operated by A380, replacing 747-400

Sydney – Manila
eff 28OCT18 Increase from 5 to 6 weekly, A330-200/-300 operating
Sydney – Osaka Kansai
eff 09DEC18 Increase from 3 to 4 weekly, A330-300 operating
Sydney – San Francisco
