Air France Conakry / Nouakchott aircraft changes from July 2019

Air France this week adjusted planned operational aircraft for service to Conakry and Nouakchott. Existing 1 weekly Airbus A330-200 and 2 weekly Mainline A340-300 will be unified to Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft, effective 01JUL19. This also tentatively marks last Air France Mainline A340-300 operation, scheduled on 30JUN19 as Paris CDG – Nouakchott – Conakry routing.

In addition to operational aircraft switching to 787-9, operational routing will also change to Paris CDG – Conakry – Nouakchott – Paris CDG routing.

Previously reported, existing 3 weekly Paris CDG – Freetown – Conakry – Paris CDG service will also switch to Boeing 787-9 from 02JUL19, replacing Mainline A340-300. Planned last Mainline A340-300 service remains subject to change (JOON A340 will continue operating on/after 01JUL19)
