Budget carrier Ryanair has announced that it is to create a new base at Allgau Airport situated at the former military base at Memmingen. The airports which is branded as Munich West is 75km away from Munich.

Ryanair has announced 7 routes fro Allgau which are London Stansted, Dublin, Alicante, Pisa, Alghero, and Girona and Reus.

The carrier will operate these new routes beginning in May till July.
